Classic Blackjack Rules
The party is won by the one who collects the combination, which gives in total the number of points as close as possible to 21. They are calculated in the following way:
- From 2 to 10 – by the rank
- Cards with pictures other than the Ace – 10 points
- Ace – 1 or 11
It is very important not to exceed the amount of 21. Everyone who collects more automatically loses.
The game begins with making the bets. Then each of the players is given 2 closed cards. The dealer’s last card is open, which significantly reduces the advantage of the casino. After the dealing, the gambler analyzes the resulting combination and decides what to do next. You can double the bet and take an additional card if the current amount does not reach 21. It is extremely risky to resort to this action if the combination obtained gives at least 17 points.
If you have a pair on your hand, you can split it with an additional bet. Cards are divided into two hands, and you get additional cards to them. If the dealer’s open card is an ace, you can resort to the insurance bet. At the end of the round, the points are calculated, and the winner is determined.
How to Win at Classic Blackjack
Blackjack in its classic version is a game that gives the gambler a significant advantage over a gambling establishment. First of all, this is due to the fact that one of the dealer’s cards is open. This makes it possible to use a variety of strategies. If the dealer’s open card is an ace, it is recommended to use the insurance bet. If after the first dealing, a combination is formed on the player’s hand giving a total of not less than 17 points, it is not recommended to take additional cards. Otherwise, there is a high risk to exceed the limit of 21 points.
