American Roulette Rules
In the American version of the roulette, numbers are located on the wheel not by serial numbers. Black and red divisions alternate. As a rule, two even numbers locate behind two odd numbers. The red numbers are opposite the black ones. Before the wheel starts to spin, you need to make bets. You can read more about the bets in American roulette in the next section of the article. Then the spinning starts. Once the ball stops at one of the numbers, it becomes clear which of the bets played. Sometimes, the Surrender rule works in the American roulette. According to the rule, with a fallout of 0 or 00, not the entire bet burns but half of it.
Betting in American Roulette
American roulette gives gamblers a chance to make inside and outside bets. Inside bets assume the choice of one or more numbers. The biggest winnings are possible if the bet on an individual number is played. They are paid with an odd of 1 to 35. It is also possible to choose the following options:
- Two numbers (a split bet) – payouts 1 to 17
- Three numbers (a street bet) – payouts 1 to 11
- Four numbers (a corner bet) – payouts 1 to 8
- Six numbers – payouts 1 to 5
The remaining bets are external. One of them allows you to choose red or black. It is paid 1 to 1. Bets on even or odd as well as large or small are paid in the same way. Large numbers are from 19 to 36, and small numbers are from 1 to 18. The bets for a dozen and a column have a coefficient of 1 to 2.
